So says AFI. Theres nothing wrong with being sad. Its shows that you feel something, and can feel the lack of something, which makes you realize how alive and happy you truly can be. So don't be too down, even though being down makes you realize how up you can be.

hey ashley, i'm not sure that MCD's french fries are vegan. I believe that there is beef fat in them and they haven't changed this. I could be incorrect, but you may want to check that out.
