Just started reading. I like it, I really do.

I think I relate more to Olivia, whereas you relate more to Alex. I think that's why I loved Dust, but found Survival a bit uneven. It opened awesomely, but I couldn't quite get a handle from the middle on. Of course, it's an emotional time for the characters, but it started out so intimate and then felt so distant *shrugs*

I don't know, but this is definitely a characterization/universe that I could immerse myself in. That 'dynamic' that I talked about wanting to see - you've captured that in spades... of course :)

You're probably right about that. Survival was actually my very first SV fic EVER so ... I was still learning my way around the character's brains. But I think at first, I saw Alex through Olivia's eyes. Now, I just connect to her. And my bond with Olivia has definitely grown. :)
