My laptop is broken. I don't know what's wrong with it but it's not working. I used it this morning and it was fine, and then my brother used it this afternoon and it just didn't turn on. So now we have to send it in. I pray they won't mess with the hard drive because I have a lot of important things saved on there...ok they're not very important ( Read more... )

I assume (but want to make sure) that you tried taking out the battery and putting it back in on the laptop? I've had to do that with mine occasionally, and it has worked every time. Good luck!

Hmmm I'm not sure. My brother was on the phone with Dell for 2 hours, so maybe he tried doing that, but I'll ask him anyway. Thanks for the advice. :)
