Well, they e-mailed me today, so I won't have to call. My mother and my sister have officially refused to do any calls for me anymore. They say I have to "get over it". I guess they're right, but I dance the conga everytime I can avoid using my phone. And not referring to bills or anything. *g*

Yeah, I know the problems are because of the PC, even the tutorials and help section on Apple was useless! But problem solved, thank goodness.
