i only speed read that page, but is not 'somatization' a posh way of saying 'pyschosomatic' (psycho = mind, soma = body, in greek). It sounds like somatization might just be a modern way of saying psychosomatic? in which case it is a huuuuge and random characterisation that doesn't have any direct relation to your specific symptoms necessarily? prob best to ask someone qualified though, rather than me :-)
I would think it's a bit more complicated than that. I suspect at least some of your problems are genuine, but that some others are made worse by worry/stress etc. So yes some have a psychological component, but probably not all. Does that make sense? Also I suspect that some of the illnesses are also caused or made worse by smoking, sorry :-(
