This company is obviously screwin' you man. They had best be doin the multiple "repairs" for free (since it was never done right the first time and sold you faulty hardware), AND! They should be reimbursing your UPS costs.
It seems like a pretty small company. I've spoken to, at most, three people in my five calls to tech support, including the lady that takes messages when all the tech support guys are busy.

How big is this company? If it's not fixed after this time, maybe you should go to Consumerist.
