I'm currently learning how to be an MoL.  I have to say that I don't think that I'm going to have any trouble with either the 'take home test' or the 2 events of training ( Read more... )

You're probably feeling pretty satisfied that you've come up with acronyms with which I am unfamiliar.

Just because: Keep in mind that not only am I an AIT instructor (the AF calls them MTLs, I believe), but I'm also the NCOIC of the GAFB JSCG.

MoL:
Minister of the Lists
ie: The person who signs in the fighters, marshals, water bearers, Chiurgeons, etc so they can go on the List Field

Oh, and the HaCPS, HeCPS, SCPS are all school systems, I just rather not state them all out loud so I can pretend that no one knows which ones they are... :p

Advanced Individual Training (still part of IET (Initial Entry Training) but comes after BCT (Basic Combat Training))

Air Force

NonCommissioned Officer In Charge

Goodfellow Air Force Base

Joint Services Color Guard

And I cheated; I'm not sure what MTL stands for (but a Google search says Military Training Leader, which would've been my guess anyway).
