Huuuuuum.....*look carefully* ....the eyes are similar with her style....but the coloring is too soft for her style (changing style??)

I'm almost positive it is Kazuki Yone's work; her shading is softer than the artist they currently have doing Hakuouki and Hiiro no Kakera, and her lines don't have as sharp of edges to them either. This definitely looks like Yone art to me - if I'm wrong, then the other artist has become much better at mimicking her work.
