The accident that affect the heroine is almost unavoidable in most of parallel world, cause there is someone who plotting that. But in some parallel world, if she don’t meet the brain master who plotting all of it, she wouldn’t get the accident.
The one that plotting of all the miserable is Rain Rydberg. He want the genius Takato helping him in research how to revive death human, but Takato refused it cause humanity ethic. After that he simply ask Takato, who’s the one he love (off course the heroine). Knowing that, Rain made a plot, first he used Madoka by threat his weakness (his family), he told Madoka to allure the heroin out, than the arrange accident happen (though Rain don’t mean to kill her)
His aim is to made Takato do that research is not for human being...he have a similar reason as Takato : he’ll do anything to revive hid death sister. (siscon!?)
Afterward :
My favorite chara is the 10 years after Madoka, and if i must choose who is my favorite for the chibi chara, so i’ll choose Riichirou. And most of the fans feel the same way with my opinion!
