Embarrassing admission:
It's been 16 years since I had my eyes tested. And I am supposed to wear specs (my vision's not bad, bad - it's just not great).
So!
Where the hell should I go to remedy this dire lack of personal care?
Vision Express?
Specsavers?
D&A?
David Clulow?
Some other optometrist I don't know about yet?
london,
life,
uk

I've been with them (at various branches - each one is a franchise, sorta) for over 15 years and they have been excellent. Apart from the contact lens snafu... but that's just a blip.
Good people, good service, helpful in an emergency (long story) and a reasonable price. They are also very good if you're like me and haven't a bloody clue what suits you frameswise! Can you say 'slightly vain'?!
Does that help?

Frames are important. As evidenced by the last set which I barely wore, because I never really liked them.
5 out of 5 LJ users* recommend Specsavers!
