In recent years, discussions have been taking place in the liberated town of Karvachar by numerous people who pursue the development of the Armenian statehood, resulting in the following fundamental and irreversible frame of principles outlined below.

Republic of Armenia is bound to certain limits vis-a-vis current declaration due to her membership in number of international organizations, as well as a party to number of international treaties, agreements, etc., limiting her abilities to maneuver re: many issues, some of which are directly/indirectly described in present declaration.

as such, in your opinion, can creation of a new unified (Armenia + Artsakh) state, complete with new name, flag, capital, constitution, government, etc., contribute to deeming all mentioned limitations effectively void, so she (the new state) can follow the letter of this declaration?
