Sushi and Ice Cream

I'm eating fresh, home-made, chocolate ice cream. It's SO creamy (probably because I didn't keep it in the mixer long enough, but WHO CARES). FAR better than the last batch of Insanely Vanilla Ice Cream (insane like Brittany Spears, not the good kind of insane). it's not milk. It's a white Russian, but with Irish cream instead of regular cream. :)

i did not make it to have with dinner, but rather something to drink while i was making dinner. i just had some leftover. green tea or sake goes far better with sushi.

i'm not carefree and irresponsible enough for many girls. "Too rigid and mature" I hear. No thanks, I like having a stable life, not worrying about money, and not bailing people out of jail. Oh well.

And I wouldn't say culinary "genius." Mad scientist may be somewhat more accurate.
