Location: Probably near the park, if not in the park itself.
Time: Sunset hour? Sometime in the late afternoon! (4 - 5 PM)
Style: Anything Mil likes. \o\ I'm only writing the intro post as narration, so feel free to switch! :v First is good, too.
Status: Closed like Leon's pants. :D

So he did, Leon took the answer as it was nothing more and nothing less, he didn't push to know more, and he didn't allow his thoughts to delve in much further about what it meant to have someone he knows here.

After all, they could all very well be in the same boat.

"Even after those monsters, it seems that this place is very stable.. being underwater like this," was this idle chat, who knew but it was enough and his eyes found themselves back to Kamui "I've heard stories about what else has happened here." A small shrug and just the slightest shake of his head "it's abnormal but those that are use to it speak as if it's almost expected, normal."

He can have all the hugs he want from me~

"This place was never normal to begin with," Kamui merely stated. It could pull anyone it pleased, even bring back the dead. It was dreadful, he was rather certain by now that not even those with dimension knowledge would be taken aback by this world.

"It's capable of almost anything so far. Even control of minds and physical state..."

He thought about Subaru, his eyes lowering faintly, bitterly.

"I don't like the sound of that, can't imagine anyone would though." Their minds being controlled, to their physical state. No, he can't say he'd be anxious for that day when he'd wake up and move to directions he had not intended to go, nor to think thoughts he'd never meant to conjure.

Leon caught the lowering eyes but opted to say nothing for it, he was imagining that perhaps -at some point- maybe Kamui was victim to this manipulation, being that they were on subject.

Kamui shook his head a few times after lifting his head back up normally, very tiny movements. Certainly not, no one wants to be controlled out of their will. But that's why - no matter what, no one should become too relaxed in this city.

He studied the human in front of him one more time. This time, he decided to be the one to ask a question:

"... What do you really want to know?"

Leon's brows drew together and he he felt his eyes lower by the weight of his lashes before he realized he was looking to the ground.

His friends.

"I know people here that don't know me, but they really should.." blinking he rose his eyes and his head, hesitation was threatening him but he pushed aside the depressing fact of this situation "Does that happen too?"

"This place pulls anyone from different times and dimensions," Kamui first stated that, wanting to refresh Leon's memory or in case he wasn't informed. He continued shortly with a fact, "All worlds are different from each other, in terms of who or what lives in one world, and how they live."

"If it is not time that separates you, then the people you know from your world," Kamui faintly narrowed his eyes at this point, "... may not be the same ones you have seen here. Even if you see a familiar face, it is not necessarily them. They merely share the same soul with the ones you've known."

Leon swallowed, this sort of information wasn't particularly mind easing, or easy by any other means. To think that those two shared the same soul as the ones he knew..

Well it certainly was easy enough to understand that they didn't know him. Even for a joke, they both wouldn't play that way.

For a moment he simply stared at the tip of his boots before softly nodding. The other was very calm, and he had been nothing but helpful.

"Thanks.."

Kamui said nothing to that, but he nodded once. As one who travels different worlds, this wasn't the first time that he had seen this kind of reaction, this kind of confusion from someone else. He had felt this way once a long time ago as well.

He didn't need to read Leon's mind to be able to tell that he felt hurt by this. It must be truly disturbing to see them, but not them. But that is just how things are, he won't be able to do anything for the other.
