[ Unfortunately for the Ring Spirit, the Eevee not so much wonders over as cautiously approaches the man. Timid but curious about the world around him. As he comes closer he gives a 'Vweeii' 8-bit sound byte chirpy-sound.]

[More than likely not, but given the other smells around Vatheon, the pokemon is either used to them or he doesn't smell anything off. It's probably the latter.

At the pat it yips a bit, sitting down with a swish of the tail.]

[Feeling a bit more like his normal self, Tieria was also out and walking about. He spots a woman with a dog and... He wasn't quite sure what the other creature was. Was it another of those Pokémon he'd been hearing about? He'd seen several now, so he was curious, to say the least. How many of them were here?]
