Umm.. Yea. they are. [Blink blink. Who'd ask such a question?] You must be from another region, as these are Unovian ones. This is Vikki, and the grumpy girl there is Sammy.

T-though you don't happen to have a towel or ten do you? [Pokemon getting dry comes first, and Touko is clearly trying to keep the shivering Victini warm.] Vikki doesn't do well with water. Sammy and I could care less, but...

Ahh! [And cue Touko blinking rapidly as she looks at the Eevee, pulling out her pokedex with one hand to data on it, while Vikki greets the newcomer with small 'Tii?' Said Dragon just watches, like one would prey - though she is rather well behaved. Just OMFG scary.]

..An Eevee...So.. Not Unova? [And with out looking, Touko reaches back and puts a hand on the dragon.] Sammy. Be nice.
