[she had received the text, and though she was a little surprised, she had thought, "Why not?"

so after figuring out where it was, she arrived...

only to stop and stare at the mannequin at the window.]

...Oh my God, is that-!?

[ Eruka looks up just in time to see Liz faces smushed against the window. The effect is pretty comical! It's harder to think of Liz as a scary Reaper's weapon looking like that.

Eruka points to the side, at the door. ]

[dude, she was not expecting the dress that far along and it doesn't take long for her to scramble to the door, opening it with a little more energy than she probably meant to.]

Eruka-it's awesome! Did you really do that all by yourself?? [rushing over!]

[ the giddy excitement and praise make the witch flush a little, having not expected such a reaction, and she nods since she's still holding pins in her mouth

but she indicates that Liz can touch it if she likes, and as soon as she's done hemming the last few ruffles in, she'll actually be able to say something! ]

[This was the address all right. Maka wasn't expecting to see a store, but there it is and she does spy Eruka toiling away at a dress in the window. She watches her for a moment, almost not wanting to interrupt her work, but eventually knocks on the window to get her attention.]

[She then gestures at the door, obviously signalling "can I come in?"]

[ technically Eruka is a squatter here, but she has yet to meet anyone saying the shop is theirs. so in classic witch behaviour... she claims it as her own

she looks up at the tapping at the window, but it only takes her a few seconds to nod, only partially hiding her surprise that Maka had shown up. ]

Actually, that's wrong, some part of her does hit upon the sqautter theory, but she's not here to scold anyone or lay down the law.]

Did you make that completely from scratch? [She sounds pretty impressed!]

Yes. Well, the physical part of it. The design is a collaboration, um, between Liz and I.
