[She's very relieved, probably visibly so. At least something seems to be right in this place!]

he gives a small smile and hesitantly reaches out to pat her shoulder]

[Suddenly, a person! Right behind Kotoha, as a matter of fact, drapping a towel over her head. Lea is just a year older, but he's lanky and getting pretty tall. There's a bright grin on his face.]

No one tell you what's up yet?

[That's less than safe, doing that to someone he doesn't know. Kotoha pulls the towel off and turns around as quickly as she can, startled.]

N-No, they haven't.

[Trying to convince Lea to do things safetly and/or politely is a thing doomed to failure. He's already had a sword pointed at his face. What's the worst that could happen?]

Well, welcome to Vatheon! I'm Lea. I guess it's kind of obvious, but this is an entirely different world than yours.

[landslicing]

[Has he ever been beaten up by a tiny little girl? That could happen. But he seems friendly enough, so the set in her shoulders is easing some.]

A different world? But I didn't ... I never went to a different world. I don't think I actually went anywhere at all.

[Things seem...a little off this month with arrivals. Either way, he has taken to carrying a towel just in case because of this fluctuation, and thus when he sees her soaking wet...well, he pauses, offering the towel.]

...Are you alright?

[She hesitates for a second or two, sizing him up as discreetly as possible before taking the towel and giving a small bow of thanks.]

Yes, I'm fine. Just a little bit wet. Thank you.

[He bows his head slightly in return, and in greeting.]

You're welcome. You must be new to Vatheon. Has anyone told you anything about this world yet?

[She uses the towel to squeeze water out of the ends of her hair for the moment, glancing up at the dome above.]
