Characters: Alice? and Mr. H Location: The Scratching Post Time: Backdated; right after this post. This is Mr. H's response. Style: First Status: Closed! The Cheshire Cat can pop in once they go back downstairs. ( in which Sanae opens up )
[He pulled his head back when Alice? reached the spiral staircase, stepping back so he could come up. Now, for the room itself, it was smaller than downstairs, taking up half the size of the first floor. There was a mattress in one corner with a few pillows and a blanket. A sketchpad, ash tray, and lone coffee mug are set on the floor next to it. In another corner there is a small kitchen area which looks more kitchen-y than the makeshift kitchen downstairs and in yet another corner there is the bathroom. It's cornered off with a patchwork curtain (similar to the one on the windows) and looked a bit more set up than the one downstairs.
Finally, in the fourth corner, there were piles and piles of easels, some half finished, some fully finished, some perfectly blank, all of assorted sizes. Along with sketchpads and pencils and pens and paints, almost the whole art stock of Vatheon. Throughout the room were couches and rugs and it looked overall very comfortable.
But! The most special part about this room were the walls. The walls
( ... )
[He climbs up, gathering that that is what is expected of him. But when he reaches the top, he can do nothing but stare. Whatever he had been expecting, this was not it.]
...Wow.
[It is little more than a breath, and all he could even thin to say.

All right.
[Leaving his SFC there, he stands, walking over to the trapdoor and peering up.]

There is a pause, as he simply takes it all in.]

Come in, I'll make you some coffee.
[And then he pushes himself up from the floor and goes over to the kitchen.]
