[Hajime stands in front of the apartments. He can tell something isn't quite right with it but hasn't decided to approach or move along quite yet. He wasn't exactly the time that got thrills off scares.]

[Standing there is dangerous, Hajime. You're now a victim.

There was a feeling like you were just shoved as if someone were intentionally trying to knock you over.]

[Hajime rushes forward but regains his balance. He quickly whips behind to see who that could have been. There was nothing. It was as if an invisible forced had shoved him toward the house. Between that and knowing Izaya would ridicule him forever if he did not enter, he walks up to the door and decides to check it out. His mind is made up!]

[Your trials didn't end there. No, why would they? It was noticeably colder where you stand. When you enter, a lamp is thrown your way.]

Izaya had taken up his usual hobby rather quickly. He wanted to understand the citizens of Vatheon more entirely. There were plenty of people to investigate and Morty was no exception. If anything, Morty had quickly become one of the people on Izaya's top priority list of people to research. He was fascinated by the blond gym leader and had, essentially, been watching him for the past few days. He had only been further intrigued after their dinner together. Finding where Morty lived had been easy enough

You're not the only one observing. Not by a long shot, you too, were being observed. Your stalker has not made themselves known yet, but it should more than enough to give you that stalking feeling. This was one you have not met before, and they have not met you, so he was curious as to what you were doing here.

Naturally, Izaya felt it. Only he partially expected to feel it. After all, he had known somewhat of Morty's other pokemon and how they existed in the world. Walking around the apartment complex, he would have been surprised to not have felt such a thing.

After his taunting phonecall with Hajime about having seen him enter the building, he snapped his cellphone shut and put it away for now. He slipped off the edge of the building and instead sat directly on the roof. He could feel it- that sensation of not being alone but Izaya didn't let it bother him. He had to wonder if the creature- if that was what it was- would show itself if he bothered to acknowledge it verbally.

"Hello," he tried, his tone cheerful and not at all unsure like one might be if they were talking to what appeared to be nothing.

Dusknoir isn't a particularly hasty pokemon. In fact, it was probably the most well behaved ghost in Morty's team. Still that did not tame his curiosity when it was acknowledged. The ghost poked around, surface to surface, but still quick too retreat back into the walls. Given his appearance, it wasn't uncommon for it to be blame for the troubles others have caused. It wouldn't approach you directly just yet.

[Lyra hated this feeling. She'd felt it all too often; anytime she was in a cave, Ilex forest, and maybe even victory road.. she was too excited to tell. Of course, she was less than pleased when Ixion decided to jump out of her arms and run headfirst into the building.

Lyra reached out to him, calling his name angrily to no avail. It left her no choice, unfortunately. She took a few tentative steps into the dark, too quiet apartment building.]

I-Ixion..?

[Now you're all alone, Lyra. Without Ixion by your side, you were especially subjected to terrorizing. Your stalker has not revealed themselves yet. There was that similar to a shriek that broke up abruptly. Scared yet?]

[Did anyone even live in these apartments? In all his time passing it, Onion Knight's yet to see someone enter it. And he does get a weird kind of feeling whenever he looks at it. Not being able to put his finger on what exactly that feeling is only makes him more determined to find out.]

[He reaches for the door handle to enter the apartment building. Because walking into other peoples' homes and taking their belongings isn't weird at all.]

[Hello there Onion Knight. Nice of you to join us. You get the pleasure of attracting a Gengar, one of the more particularly sinister ghost pokemon. To illustrate this, the door you just grappled abruptly shot open into you. Can you dodge it? When you look for the culprit, you see nothing.]

[ASDF;LKJ jumping back to avoid getting hit; you learn to have fast reflexes on the battlefield. But now that the door is open, he doesn't see anyone behind it to have opened the door. Weird. Maybe the door had been really well maintained, and had just swung open a little more easily than he'd been expecting when he pulled on the handle.]

[Satisfied with this perfectly logical explanation, Onion Knight enters, looking around at the gym on the bottom floor.]

[Things were seemingly peaceful when you wandered into the gym. It was quiet like you would expect an empty building to be, but it could only last so long. Several minutes in and suddenly a 50lb dumbbell was hurled your way!

...you're the only one in the gym. Who could have done that?]

[ Yukari doesn't know what she was thinking, really, walking into the strange apartments like that. Maybe it's a hot day out, and how cool it feels attracts her. Maybe she's just curious, since she's never been in this particular building before. She doesn't know anyone who lives there, not as far as she knows--

So she just wanders--trying to convince herself that she didn't just hear those footsteps just now. ]

Yukari has no idea, yet. She'll simply continue walking towards the house, trying to peer in and see if there's anyone inside. Guess it'd be rude, to just walk in. She looks behind her, still hearing footsteps ]
