[Lavi happened to conveniently be at the Plaza. Late night walk from a cafe. When he spotted, by the looks of it, a new arrival. He approached with a wave from a far]

Oi! That's a communicator ya got there...No need ta be so close ta it.

You're new here then? [He scans the guy over. Given that the poor fellow is soaked through, he'd say he just arrived then...] Towels are in every store here~ Free of charge!

I've never been here before so yeah, I guess I'm new here.

[Lavi came closer, nodding towards a shop not far from where they were standing] Towel then? C'mon, they have 'em pretty much anywhere in the plaza. [He motioned for him to follow]
