[ Yukari's just taking a walk around the plaza, thinking of heading back to the Volo Dorms with the new flowers she just picked, to add to her collection. She hears that voice, however, and is inclined to stop. She can't help but feel like she's heard it before, yet the girl it belongs to doesn't really churn her memory. She is cute, though! ]

Oh! [ ...eek, wet clothes :c She knows what that means. ] Oh, no, you must be one of the newcomers, right?

[ And for starters, she grabs a towel from a nearby stall and hands it to her. They're actually set up, available for this very occasion, though they're easy to miss. She did, herself, when she first got here. ]

Here...at least until you can get some dry clothes.

Well, I guess I should start with what this place is then. This place is called Vatheon, and basically, it's a bubble under the sea.
