[ Momo had been in the book store looking up on a certain type of book and then a book by one of her favorite writers when she stumbled upon Snake. When she saw him, she dashed over to him smiling and waving. ]

[EEP. Snake stiffens slightly in surprise in hearing his name; he's still slightly unused to this whole 'people actually know him' thing he now has. But he puts on his best nice-neutral face and waves back. He's currently crouched in front of a bookshelf, clinging a book of poems to his chest.]

Hello, Miss Adachi... You've been well, asks Emily?

[ As she walked near him she faced a snake whom she thought was Emily. Emily was speaking to her, because frankly it seems Snake can't. ]

[Lavi decided to go browse around in the antique bookstore. Maybe they had some interesting history books? He sure was into those~ As he walked into a bookstore, he nearly bumped into a stoic, gloomy teenager]

[Looking around the shop] ...Eh, if ya don't mind me askin'...ya know if this place has any history books?!

[Guh- Well, this is what happens when you're too busy trying to remember how to pronounce weird words in books- which were most words to Snake at times- so he just takes a nice long step back and tries to think.]

[Lavi smiles, about to go further into the store, when he stops again, looking back, eyebrows drawn together]

E-eh...Your name's Keates? [He assumes that this guy is referring to himself in third person...]

This is Keates, this is Emily, and this is Snake. [He points to the two snakes and then himself, respectively. Everyone seems to have such a hard time grasping this, gosh.]

[Having been asleep for about a month, it's high time Daine goes for a walk. The plaza is an obvious place to walk, and she can't help but be drawn to the pet store, from which she hears numerous voices of the People. She doesn't like places like that, where beautiful animals are locked in tiny cages, but what she can do is give them company.

It's as she's heading towards the door that she sees the anaconda wrapped around Snake and smiles. Snakes are beautiful, underappreciated creatures and she can't help but just watch it.]

[This clearly isn't the anaconda's usual way of slithering about, with one part of her held up by a human, but she seems relieved to be out of the petstore. Snake himself is clearly lost in his own world, and the conversation he's having with his new companion.

It's quiet, barely audible hissing being exchanged by the pair of them. Mostly about the petshop and how small it was for such a long beauty as she is.]

[she can see copper threads in her magical vision running through Snake and approaches curiously. silently she speaks to the anaconda:]

You are a beauty, and it's a relief to see you no longer here.

[The anaconda is pleasantly surprised. In return, she says it's strange that there is someone else who can understand her besides the man with scales.

Snake, in the meantime, is just watching quietly, eyes wide slightly. While he can't hear what the woman is saying, he see the signs that something strange is going on.]

[Don't look now, but someone is petting your anaconda like it's a fluffy puppy.]

[Snake thinks this a completely appropriate reaction. It's actually a nice surprise, considering most people just stare and back away. A lot.

The anaconda seems more than receptive to being petted, hissing quite the affirmative. It's such a relief to be out of that tiny petshop. (Although, to be honest, many things are tiny when you're an anaconda.) Snake just nods sympathetically.]

[Crowley glances upwards as he slides his hand over the snake, smirking. Hey, it's not so often when he finds someone who actually likes his kind.]

Good thing you got him out of there, hmmm? He's not made for small spaces.
