Crimson eyes open. Blink twice, as the raven-haired man sits up, the slightest crease on his brow. Wasn’t he supposed to be in a coffin? He surveys his surroundings. He is in what looks

[... That was until a sudden jolt hit his right eye like a bolt of lightning. It was glowing nearly florescent under that eyepatch of his. His hand moves to it quickly. Ciel knows this feeling, why it would be reacting like this. And he was clearly not pleased.]
[... Nah, really, he was really pleased. But he would not reveal that. The boy pulled on his cloak, and stormed from his Manor into the city towards the Plaza. As soon as he rounded the corner and saw the demon clad in black, he stopped, standing there but a moment.]
Where have you been? [Grump. Face.]

Hello, Young Master
[He smiled, in his smug, mocking way. Finally.]

Answer my question!
[And boy does that young master look like absolute hell. At least in comparison to his normal. The two months he's been here, his hair's grown out much too long, his clothes are ruffled in all the wrong places, the eyepatch string is crooked as all hell--your young master is one hot mess.]
Why didn't you show up here with me months ago?
Reply
Months ago? [the demon smirked] But Master, I clearly recall being buried just a mere short while ago.
[he approached the boy, reaching to fix, at the very least, his eye patch.] Besides, Young Master, and underwater city would not be the first place I'd look.

That's right. A certain footman is staring at Sebastian, just like the snakes coiled around his shoulders and peering over the bag of groceries in his arm. After a moment, he gets over his shock- still thinking over what he now knows of the 'man'- and bows politely.
"We will get you a towel, says Emily."
Reply
"I have no need of a towel," Sebastian says, approaching the man with the snake, smiling slightly. "But answers."
Reply
"There. Newcomers are common. Vatheon is... very strange, says Emily."
Reply
He regarded the footman, and the recoiling snake without so much as his slight smirk. "Have you been watching my Master, Snake?"

Whoah! [Just. Sobbing on the inside. All of his cabbages rolling all over the plaza... However, he'll just ignore those for now and apologize to the fine gent he'd just rammed into ... well dang, he wishes he could fix his own tie that straight...] Pardon me!

[a charming smile, bending down to catch an escaping cabbage, along with the other groceries, smoothly handing the food to the man]
How do you do, sir?
Reply
Oh, thanks!
[He's never seen you around before -- what's such a, er, elegantly dressed guy doing out here near the plaza by himself? ... Maybe he's got a date or something.]
Much better now! Haha. [Seeing as he's got his runaway cabbages under control.] How 'bout you, sir?

[He cocked a brow at the man looking over his clothes]
I'm...[Sebastian hesitates at the question. Not many have actually asked him something like that. He scowls inwardly, his face remaining slightly smirking, then decides to ignore the question]
What is this place, exactly?
