[Bombard away! Just don't expect Mion to see her right off the bat. Usually the teenage girl is pretty good at spotting newcomers, but now she seems rather distracted. She keeps looking around as she walks past, giving an occasional glance over her shoulder.]

[Wow, it's just like what she's doing! Excitedly, Elizabeth almost skips to the other girl, voice pleasant.]

Are you looking for something?

[Mion's entire body jolts in surprise when the strange girl starts talking to her. She looks over, eyes wide, until she realizes that it's just a regular person.]

Ah...no. Sorry, I was just...

[She pauses. How does one explain that they're looking out for a tall faceless psychopath without sounding paranoid? So Mion just gives her a small smile instead.]

So are you new here?

Oh, actually, curious you should ask... but I am not. But I did not recognize you... and you looked a tad concerned. May I be of service?

[Allow the helpful NPC to assist in anything but mainstream plot. /thumbs up]

[He isn't particularly looking for Elizabeth. In fact, he walks past, a few steps.

Stops.

Turn.

Blink.

And then he shakes his head, turning to see her.]

Elizabeth-san?

Ah, greetings. It's a fine day, isn't it?

[Don't mind her, she's just making statistics on the general mood of every citizen that passes her. She notes Minato as... sleepy. Maybe.]

[Accurate enough, anyway. He blinks.]

It is, yes. Like usual in Vatheon.

What are you doing?

Aha, I was right! I was analyzing... day-to-day activities.

Did you know that the chef of that restaurant runs late six minutes on average? I was surprised he was early today.

[Only Elizabeth would be amused by that, wth.]

[Tsubaki is just passing by when she notices Elizabeth, and thinks she looks rather suspicious. She approaches her.]

Um, excuse me.. What exactly are you doing, ma'am? [her voice is stern.]

[Unintimidated, she closes her eyes and says thoughtfully.]

Observing the expressions of the general populace. It's fascinating, isn't it?

Huh? Well.. I suppose it is, yes, but you're unnerving more than just a few people. Could you kindly tone it down?

[she seems harmless enough.. but weird. really weird. She attempts to smile but it comes across as forced.]

Ah is that so? I did not realize it wasn't polite...

[She has a small pout in her face, and seems to be making a mental note...]

Does that have to do with culture?

[ With that hair...the girl looks something like Suu. It makes him stop a moment to double-check. When he realizes it is not, however, he still smiles at her. ]

See something interesting?

[Her eyes brighten up when he speaks to her. She doesn't seem used to socializing, but is still very bubbly.]

Oh yes! I've noted the contrast in attitudes of when someone spills a drink on another. Apologetic, furious, or laughter... I want to know if it has to do with the composition!

[ He notices that, but he does not mind, thinking it is kind of cute. ]

I think it depends on the heat of the drink -- and the personality of the people involved.

I see... So that's why many found it amusing when the angry lady "exploded"?

[What's playing in Elizabeth's head is on the cryptic side though. Explosion... from getting a drink spilled on you. Fun with homonyms. Or in this case just confusion.]
