Rose had picked up a bag of food in the plaza on her way over, swinging it in hand as she pushed open the door and entered the TARDIS. She couldn't even think about dropping the silly grin that had stuck itself on her face; she was so happy to be back in the bell-ringing-free TARDIS with the Doctor that she couldn't help herself. She nearly skipped inside, running her hand over the supports that jutted from the walls as she did.
"Doctor, are you in here?" she called, not immediately seeing him.
The Doctor peaked his head around from the far side of the time router. He was clearly still tinkering with the TARDIS, trying to figure out what was wrong with her.
"I don't know about you, Jack, but I am not sure that fixing the TARDIS counts as being social. At least I fixed whatever made the Cloister Bell go off. I am fairly sure that the Time Lords invented that sound purely to drive a sane man out of his head."
The Doctor eyed the packages that Jack and Rose had brought. "What did you lot bring?"
Rose headed over to the Doctor, resting a hand on the console (though making sure not to hit anything, in case she accidentally interfered with something he was doing) and shifting her weight to it. "I picked up some food on the way over," she said, "to celebrate getting the bell stopped. We could have a picnic, or at least just a snack."
She raised the bag of food with her free hand, tongue poking between her teeth as she grinned. "I have bananas."

Coming up to the door of the TARDIS, he doesn't even bother knocking, he just burst in.
"Doctor, glad to see you're being more social. Ah, Rose, you beat me here."
