So she has to take a deep breath before she finally enters the apartment, carrying along a brown cat stuffed animal she won at the carnival. Her intention was to perhaps make amends... with an added gift? It couldn't have hurt, after all.
At the sight of her normally bright and bubbly roommate in such a state, she felt that oh so familiar pang of guilt. She approaches the girl and gently places a hand on her shoulder, looking every bit concerned.]
Shirayuki.

She watches the TV show come to end, seeing the memories slowly fade into real life. It was a pretty shitty ending. Washed out. Fake. Too good to be true. The best friend leaves forever and then three days later she's back? Nah, Vatheon wasn't that nice. Nah, she wasn't here. Nah, Shirayuki doesn't need to cry anymore. Nah, nah, nah.
She turns her head over to her.
Persistent tears remained in her eyes for three days and threatened to come pouring out when she looked into her dear friend's eyes.. But she had been crying these past few days and she had no more tears to shed. But somehow... this hurt her more and she couldn't figure out why. Her lips felt chapped, and the back of her throat felt like it would burn up and kill her. Which she was almost hoping would happen, because shit, that would hurt a lot less then having to look at Saya right now. ]
Saya.

I was saying that you didn't have to cry, silly. I'm back. It's pretty incosiderate of me to have left in the first place, but I promise it wasn't a choice. Now come on...
[The stuffed animal is left on the couch as Saya looks back and forth, searching for something. She gets up and manages to procure a tissue box, tucking it under her arm as she fishes one of them out and offers it to the teary-eyed girl.]
Have a little faith in me.
[As long as she treated this as a light-hearted situation... it would eventually become one, wouldn't it? If she were to apologize and start crying too, it would only make Shirayuki feel worse. So for now, she bites back her guilt and tries to reassure the girl that she's there and she's not going anywhere ever again.]

But now, both Motz and Shirayuki had some major thinking to do now that Saya was back in front of them. Should they be happy she's here, or upset she ever left in the first place? They're both well aware it's out of her hands but...
At least in Shirayuki's case, it always seemed like Shirayuki would be the one to leave Saya behind. That's a pretty selfish thought, huh? Not that she wanted to leave, it just seemed that... if she couldn't remain here forever, then she would be happy knowing Saya was alive and kicking, still in Vatheon.
She accepts the tissue and presses it to her dark eyes, but quickly pulls it away and begins twisting it around in her hand. Faith... right ( ... )
