[Likewise, Dominic has been hearing the same song over and over again. That, plus Anemone's sudden disappearance, has left it hard to concentrate on anything.]

... Somehow, I doubt that the laws of your world mean anything to the people here.

[Franziska gives a smug smile as she waves a finger, as if to correct him.]

I am quite sure "disturbing the peace" is a universal crime, no matter how it's numbered or documented.

Either way, I doubt anyone knows who's behind this.

Then I'll just investigate it myself. No mystery is too large for someone of my caliber!

[Woah, did the music just change?]

[Silabus has mostly been hearing his guild's theme song, something that caused him to think he was imagining it at first, but it's been pretty consistent. Other times, he hears the other music of "The World".]

It's strange, isn't it? It really feels like I'm inside of "The World" again.

Does it look as if I care?

[Sorry, Silabus. Mean and cranky prosecutor lady is mean and cranky. :(]

I wouldn't have minded so much if it wasn't the same exact song replaying indefinitely... It's quite irritating.

Ah, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to offend you or anything.

[He pauses and listens; there's definitely two tunes clashing now, although it is still rather subtle. There was... really no explanation for it.]

That song you've been hearing... Do you recognize it?

... Hmph. Since you apologized, I'll let it go just this once.

[Tsun tsun tsun tsun. She didn't expect someone to be so... apologetic and polite. You did make her to smile a bit, though.]

Not at all. Though... it does somewhat remind me of a person I know, for some odd reason.

W-Wow. Franziska is more glad to see Kay than usual, since the music suddenly changed.

"Ah, Kay Faraday. Tell me I'm not going crazy and that you're hearing music everywhere as well."

Sorry, Kay. Franziska stopped listening after she mentioned that something must have happened today, and is now trying to use her Logic Button. Let's see... Strange music followed people wherever they went, and seemed to change according the situation. And then Kay mentioned that it's only been going on since today---

"Eureka!"

Wait, did the music just stop momentarily? Well, it then got replaced by something a bit more triumphant.

"... It would seem that this is another 'Lamufao Curse', Kay. Albeit not as severe as the previous ones were. Though it's still foolishly annoying as fools trying to foolishly badger people with foolishly "

Ema wasn't exactly happy about all of this either. On top of feeling absolutely miserable upon waking up, she had found that she had run out of Snackoos again. Her usual rate of getting through them had gone up since she had arrived here she obsereved. Her obvious conclusion was that it was something in the water and probably the stress about being stuck here with the fop and other people that didn't match up with her logic.

Not to mention that she had this annoying music stuck in her head all morning. It was fine at first because it had this science-y ring to it. But now...it's just irritating.

"I'd like someone to tell me what's going on with the music as well."

"So you hear it too? It's aggravating, since the natives seem to not be aware of it---"

There's a momentary pause, as if a light bulb goes off in her head.

"Hmm. Wait."

Strange mysterious music that people hear no matter where they are... The natives apparently not being able to hear it... It seems it's Franziska's time to shine and use her Logic Button. SCHWIIIING! Wait, did the music suddenly change?

"... It's another 'Curse'. I should have expected much."

"A...curse?" Ema let out a bit of a gasp. "If it's a curse, how do the natives not know about it? It's their city, so they should know, shouldn't they?"

The music in Ema's head kept playing on though it had a bit more of an urgency to it. "So is everyone hearing the same tune or is it different for everyone?"

"Tsk tsk."

Franziska waves her finger, with her all-knowing smirk plastered on her face. How she loved showing off her logic and perfection.

"You see, that's because... the curse only affects foreigners. The natives never had that problem, so of course they wouldn't know about it. Unless they're just hiding the fact they do."

She folds her arms and ponders a bit, thinking about Ema's second question.

"There's no way of confirming it other than to ask people. Although I've noticed that when I interact with people, occasionally the music changes. For example, the music changed when I started speaking to you."

[OH CRAP A WALKING SHARK---Wait, it's just some smiling guy with... very suspicious background music. How strange. Fraziska totally really wasn't visibly startled from hearing it. Really. Really really. Being the anti-social little bitch she is, just stays quiet as she tries to piece together bits of logic to make sense of this... foolery.]

Oh, so you were the one who was shouting earlier?

[STAY COOL, FRANZISKA. A walking shark is nothing. You've had worse.]

I beg your pardon? I was not doing something so unruly as 'shouting'. I was merely collecting information.

[Like, totally.]
