[Eyes is, well, wandering around doing much of nothing because it's his day off and there's only so many hours you can spend in a library. So he's on his way to the piano. When there is a shriek. Somewhere above him.

Have one (1) Eyes give a rather startled look upwards. Give him a moment, he's a bit surprised.]

[Then, while he's being surprised and whatnot, have one (1) flailing bundle of pegasus knight falling down onto you from a tree branch the same way as, say, a drowning rat would sink down to the bottom of the lake. Quickly, and entirely without grace.]

[dfjsdlkfjs that was unexpected. Instinctively, his arms went out to catch her...except for the part where he went down as well, muffling a curse as it jostled not yet fully healed injuries and the ever-present pain from his missing rib.

[Yes, with an armful of pegasus knight, how can you complain? She opens her eyes tentatively, surprised that she isn't smooshed all over the ground when she realizes there's something soft and cushioned underneath her. Cue a small lull as she looks down to realize that she's currently lying on a certain Eyes Rutherford.

A small, faint whimper, and she quickly scrambles off of him, looking like she wants to toss herself off a cliff out of embarrassment.]

A-ah, I-I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to-- A-are you hurt? Can you get up? [afsdasf; She scrambles for her satchel, digging frantically.] I-I have a vulnerary--

What was this Elliot had happened upon? That glance into the tree and a frown. The hare knew well enough that being stranded here was a shock...

And she was rather cute, not that something like that should really be incentive to help.

The little girl clung onto the tree branch for dear life, her eyes squeezed shut and little whimpers permeated the air where she clung. Upon hearing the voice, she quickly turned her head towards the other's general direction, tears coming out of her closed eyes pathetically.

"I-I can't get down! Please, I... I..."

"I can help! Just hang on...!" It was rather upsetting, seeing her like that and it really did quite get Elliot feeling somewhat panicked. What if she actually fell? So he moved right on up closer to the tree, arms outstretched.

"I-if you just fall, I can catch you..." She looked light, surely it wouldn't be much of a problem.

She failed a little on her branch, looking as though she would rather cling onto the branch for the rest of her life than fall into the arms of a man. Alas, rarely did young maidens have such a choice, for her grip on the branch loosened at the last moment possible, and she fell, screaming.

[Guy, of course, hears the shriek, and rushes to help whomever it came from. Because he's in "rescue mode" now, and not paying attention to gender]

[Timberrrrrr. Cue one falling pegasus knight flailing away in mid-air.]
