Riza was technically meant to be resting [At least according to Roy Mustang], but she didn't do well with being cooped up. So, she'd snuck out in the morning and now found herself wondering the city, wide eyed at the technology and the fact that she was, for all purposes, underwater. A bit before she'd arrived in the plaza, she'd made a comincation over the strange, starfish device. It was rather quaint, really. As for the faeries around? she simply ignored them. Along with the strange tattoo on her hand - though that was harder, but she wouldn't allow it to affect her much, if at all.
Though she'd made a 'post' to the network, she ignored it mostly for now. The city beckoned and she was curious about it. Vatheon was amazing to say the least. The coral at the center - she'd never seen anything like it at all. Not even in books.
