[the crying was not unheard. after the toddler named Red had crawled his way around, he discovered a lost puppy all by himself.

he made a small, sad smile before crawling over to the puppy and then taking Dug into his tiny arms.]

Ai...

[he can't speak in his state right now, but he's still the same boy with that same heart. he can understand when an animal is crying...]

Awww, it's them younger! XD

[Suddenly, that warmth seemed to vanquish all the fear in him. Instead, it was replaced with a desire to rest. His young body was growing and thus, in need of such rest. He quietly curled up in the boys arms.]

[Red smiled down unto the sleepy puppy, keeping his arms wrapped around him. but shortly, the witty little toddler knew better than to stay in a cold plaza.

that's because whenever he sleeps, a warm room would always be most comfortable. so gently, he crawled again - away from this area, but took Dug along with him~]

[A young, effeminate teenager approaches -- but not alone. He's holding the hand of a younger boy. When he gets closer, Motochika kneels without letting go and holds out his free hand towards the howling puppy.]

[The younger boy, Momomaru, gasps. A lonely puppy in distress, taken from his mother? He kneels next to Motochika and reaches out to pat the puppy on the head with his own free hand.]

Were you taken from your family too? Poor thing...

[He'd always loved animals, and it breaks his heart to see a young one so upset...]

[As soon as these people reached out to pet him, he could sense their sincerity and did not feel afraid of them. He clumsily hopped to them, wagging his little tail at his new friends. he spoke in a little voice.]

[The petting pauses and Motochika's eyes widen when the puppy talks. He glances back to Momomaru, as if to confirm it really just happened. He sounds very surprised as he looks back down.]

Oh god there is no way Amaterasu can resist. She crawls over on her belly, letting out a playful whine.]

[Wow, that is a big dog! Or so the puppy thought. He was a little scared but she seemed nice. He tried to nudge his nose to hers a bit.]

[So cuuuute. Amaterasu's tail starts wagging, and she nudges him back playfully.]
