[and holding it. carefully. by the barrel.] You think I'm suspicious, at least I know who you are and don't carry a weapon like this on me. [he just. carries knives and has a bow somewhere on his person idk either.]

The safety's on, don't worry. It won't just suddenly fire, I swear. I'll show you how to hold it later.

[Once Zen finally agrees (kinda) to let them help, she starts with the rapid-fire explanation.]

This place is called Vatheon and it's your temporary stay. No one's found a way out yet but we can hope that it's possible? If there was a way out than most of us wouldn't be here, promise. Someone else brought us here but no one knows who for that either. There's a little more but it'd take longer than a minute. I know it sounds fishy but you can ask any other foreigner-

[a glance to Obi, she's not sure if she should tell Zen that he de-aged]

You left out the part where this world likes to do "interesting" things to people. [he decided for you, Saya. well sort of. not really, they could still play it like he just "arrived"]

[He crosses his arms, still looking distrustful.]

... If we assume that what you're saying is the truth [if], then what about back home?

Conveniently, time stops. You should only be here for about a week anyway. This is one of those "interesting" occurences.

[a shrug and she's walking over to Obi, repositioning the gun in his hand so he's holding it the proper way, aimed towards the ground and his index finger straight so it's not even resting on the trigger]

What Saya said...you'll be back by the end of the week, most likely. [a little distracted. still. a little apprehensive. last thing he'd want would be to either shoot himself or the young master. on the other hand he is a bit curious about the weapon.]

One of us has to be unarmed in order to get Zen here to realize we don't plan on attacking him, and I think removing all your equipment would take longer. You've never really been able to examine a gun before anyway, right? I thought you might be curious.

[slight sigh] But doesn't that put me in the more dangerous position? [holding up the weapon now] ...Though you are correct in that I have been rather curious. I'm just not sure if this is the proper place for it.

Like I said, the safety's on. And as long as you don't move your index finger to the trigger or try to flip any switches, it should be alright. Just don't go pointing it at anyone.

[Turning her attention back to Zen, she shrugs.]

It's just a trend that's been noticed and accepted as fact. I'd like the reason behind it if there is one. You figured out anything, Obi?

[he'll just...stow it in one of his many bags on his belt thing yeah.] None yet. I still haven't have a chance to visit the church. [looks at Zen] If you want to try for more answers, you could try there.

The church? And how do I know that this isn't some kind of trap?
