[ Oh dear... a little boy, choking and just arrived by the looks of things. The doctor comes over and gives a few well placed gentle back-whacks. That should clear up whatever it was. ]

[He's removing his jacket at the moment, just so he has one less article of clothing that's soaked clinging to him. He stares at the man in white, suddenly suspicious.]
