Characters: Sora lockandkeyblade and Riku limitless_land Location: Riku, Sora and Danny's apartment... and later, everywhere. Time: Evening Style: Any Status: Closed
Riku had been sitting up in the small living room, staring out the window and into the streets below. He'd gotten used to the strange and bizzare, but the changes in wardrobes, not so much. The suit Vatheon had chosen for him... God, did they have a sick sense of humor.
Rolling his eyes and getting little sleep lately - he would forever blame the slight case of claustrophobia; not being able to see the night sky always unnerved him - he stood as he heard the door open. Well, there was Sora, at least. Maybe Danny was visiting a friend of his?
"Of course I am," he replied with the rolling of his eyes and a faint smirk. "I promised to make sure you didn't destroy any buildings, right?"
"Relax, Riku, what's the worst that could happen?"
Sora strides over to his friend armed with a grin and a bounce in his step as he slips off his mask. He has no idea where he wants to start. Riku's promised to take him somewhere to eat and even if they decided to put that off for later, they still had the whole of Vatheon at their disposal in the mean time.
"...An underwater version of Armageddon," he replied with a straight face, brushing a finger against the mask in his pants pocket. He had promised food and a little exploring, though, and darn that contagious grin. Now he was smirking a bit, as he tucked a strand of long hair behind his ear.
"How could I not? They look like the lovechildren of a jellyfish and vampire bat." Riku chuckled under his breath; that particular image was hilarious to him for some odd reason. "Wanna get started exploring, or are you getting a little hungry?"
"Mmm... kinda hungry, but it's not bad. If we eat later, we can do other stuff in the mean time."
And Sora has the look of someone on the verge of mischief. Riku probably knows this look by heart, and perhaps his predictions of what's to come aren't very far off.
"Like maybe we can try catching one of those jellyfish-bats. Whaddo you think happens if we get a hold of one?"
Sora's startled of course and he jumps back with a hand over his heart. He's really not used to Danny doing that. Sure Riku's fine with it. But Riku isn't the one Danny always appears in front of. Scares the munny right out of Sora's pockets every time.
Well Sora's still hung up on the masks being stuck, so he's just going to wordlessly reach over and tug on Danny's mask just to check if it's affecting him too.
To be honest, Danny hadn't even noticed he was wearing a mask until Sora tugged on it. Jerking back in surprise...or trying to. Yeah, that hurt.
"Thanks, Sora. I don't need my face, really."
And now he's just going to, staaaare at you. Cause you're from that video game and he totally loved it, yeah.
"This is, way weirder than meeting you, Riku. And what's with the...thing?" He points at the jellybat, eyeing it somewhat appraisingly. He's a ghost; creepy things are pretty cool.

He still loved poking fun at his best friend.
