[Italy was wandering around when he heard Riku speak. He had heard that there was a forest someone and he was trying to find it. He turned to find the young man covered in water, looking confused. Oh another new person must have just arrived. Walking up to him, he smiled.]

Hello! My name is Feliciano Vargas or Italy and you are in an underwater city called Vatheon. [The last new person he met, he forgot the name so he talked to a native. He continued to smile at the other man.]
