The really fun part is trying to come up with designs where the creatures have appearances, abilities, and behavior patterns distinctive enough that players can learn how to recognize and combat various opponents as they become more experienced. I really want them to be unmistakable, so that even players that don't pay that much attention can learn to know - and in some cases dread - the rogues gallery of 7V.

So you'll release the dogs? Or the bees? Or the dogs with bees in their mouth and when they bark they shoot bees at you?

Hmm. Bee-shooting war-hounds. I'll admit that theme hadn't occurred to me yet...

But what I'm really looking forward to is the inevitable module where I demand to know what the PC's are doing in my corpse-hatch. Oh, did I say 'corpse-hatch'? I meant innocence tube!

I have been campaigning for at least a year to get "by Bees" as a damage flavor in some game. Let this be the one!

Isn't it Secrets of the Mesa that has damage "by Eagle" or "by Crab" or something?
