Add oatmeal to your diet. Also, garlic pills do nothing. You need to eat fresh garlic, crushed (like in a salad dressing or sauce, not straight). You may want to try adding fish dishes, as opposed to fish oil to your diet, also. The more processed a food is (garlic pills, fish oil) the fewer benefits gained. Also, olive oil is good. And yeah, the whole exercise thing. >:D
