I want to thank your agency for responding to all emails. I'm sure its a nightmare, but IMHO, even a form letter is deeply appreciated over the never ending wonder/worry/what ifs?

I generally request partials be sent in hardcopy, so there shouldn't be any in my query inbox.

Sorry about Mr. You-Know-Who spamming you like that. You can always track his IP number and report him to his ISP for harrassment? That is of course, if you want to bother with it. Good luck in finding that folder.
