One of The Knight Agency's super-agents, Nephele Tempest, has moved her blog over to Wordpress. I may soon follow. The spam comments I have to continually delete and other LJ issues are chasing me away. (It amazes me that legitimate commenters have had difficulty, and yet spammers seem to have none at all.) So interesting that you post this today. I was so frustrated trying to post pictures yesterday, and I've had many friends tell me they've been unable to comment. One of the things that's kept me here is the LJ peepl like you.

You might want to point people to nephelewp_feed and its Dreamwidth equivalent at nepheletempest_feed

I've switched most of my activity to Dreamwidth (Advert-free and very little spam). WP gets plenty of spam (more than LJ in my experience), but it gets quarantined and with you can avoid getting notifications, which means you're zipping through the list regularly.

My problem with LJ is less personal - I have a permanent account, I don't see adverts - but that I want to point people to my review blog, and the adverts for non-members are so obnoxious that I don't feel I can do that anymore.
