What?? Somehow, this is reminding me of the super salty yogurt drink they sell at the armenian store near me. I thought it would be good (salty lassi = good), but super salty yogurt drink = VERY BAD!
And wow, all that looks so good. It amazes me how many asian cultures like to eat anchovies when it's such a weird thing in American culture. I grew up eating dilis, the little spicy fried anchovies, as a snack or over rice. When I request anchovies on my cesar salads (available by request as the menu often says), waitresses always kinda look a little funny.

i'm all about raw eggs, but a CARBONATED drink of milk and raw eggs?? i definitely want to try it one day. :p the carbonated part is what freaks me out the most. XD i loveeee salty lassi though! totally prefer it over mango lassi. :p i mean come on, that's just a mango smoothie!
growing up, i kept on hearing about how anchovies were soo nasty and ewww and all that, especially when it came to pizza. of course i never EVER saw anchovy pizza until i ordered it one day myself. :p at the same time, i always snacked on dried anchovies and loved that shit to death, then i found out they were supposedly the same thing. ok, i TOTALLY don't think american/italian anchovies are anywhere near the same as asian anchovies, but it bowled me over that it was the same fish. :p i think i made this discovery in college! XD but really... americans sure don't like their fish fishy! :p

ah HAH!!! you noted my mention of a diet! :p i don't even consider it a diet really though, it's more that i eat healthier. i've been eating this way for a while now, so it feels normal. i eat smaller portions (but more often a day), and cut out as much processed foods as possible. no fast food, no soda, no bread, no white pasta, no ramen, no cereal, that sort of thing, but i'll eat it if i have to. :p

when i'm really bonked out tired, i switch to a higher gear on the downhill and pedal with all my might for a NOS boost. :p but normally i just stay in the same gear and pedal down at a faster cadence.
