man, the food looks so good as usual. and of course i'm waiting to figure out what we'll have for lunch right now so your pics are making things even worse.

there was one time when i happened to forget that my passenger window was slightly open and it rained like crazy. thank god my car didn't get smelly and weird though. that incident is exactly why i never leave my windows open no matter how hot it is and i'm super paranoid about making sure they're closed. sometimes i've walked back out to my car to make sure the doors are locked and the windows are closed. crazy, i know.

i never leave my windows open when it's hot. so many ppl i know do this, and it wigs me out. :p even buggier is when ppl leave their tops down on convertibles. do they not get bird pooped on?? do ppl not just take stuff out of their car?? it's just so.. open!! :O wes has the ocd thing where he has to keep checking to make sure his doors are locked. if he's lucky enough to get a "good" spot in front of my apt building, he can lock it with his remote all the way from the 8th floor. :p

hahaha, i've locked my car from my apartment out of sheer paranoia too! of course, i only live on the third floor, so it's not as far up as the 8th.

i love open houses too! i'm not sure why i like to see houses so much, but i do. :) good luck on your home search - what an exciting time for you!

my mom and i i love a good bargain, even when it comes to groceries. my mom was proud that she snatched some zucchini for 0.50/lb at the market yesterday! she was so happy.

i'm veryyyy far away from buying, but i honestly think it'll take a good year or more just to find the right place anyway. :p

oh i love grocery bargains!! :D i mainly buy things on sale and base my dinners on them. the .79 zucchini was the lowest i've ever seen. :p i normally get them for 1.79 here. i keep on hearing how farmer's markets are a good place to get cheap veggies, but all the ones i've been to so far in my area have been super commercialized and are wayyy pricey!! they're more like boutique veggie stands. true the quality is very high (most of the time), but the prices are way above regular grocery stores too.

i do indeed like the open houses. oo, this weekend i went to a place on the 7th floor here, they were having a moving sale. you would have liked to peer at their place, they had lots of ornate furnitures and carpets everywhere.

and god you guys eat so much.

why is singe no longer in love with a coslave? what this? *curious*.

Oooh, do you know if the Levantes location in Dupont also has a Turkish buffet on Sundays?
