Happy Birthday to Me~

Texas has situated himself in the grandest sitting room he could find. He's also taken over the decor, giving it a decidedly Texas theme. It's his statehood and he fully intends to celebrate it properly, by watching reruns of the Longhorns and cracking open a cold one.

[ Louisiana casually saunters in, doing a low whistle while he looks around at the amazing work that Texas did to the room. He's carrying a gift as well - believe it or not, he would never forget his neighbor's birthday. ]

Ya really fixed up the place to yer likin' huh?

[louisiane]

[ Perhaps it just might. You ever think of that? ]

Oh? She sounds like quite the catch - I'm sure ya charmed her.

Now there's a thought, he eyes the box with distrust.
"Naturally. don' think she's seein' anyone either." He grinned. "I think I like this place." Oh little does he know.

[louisiane]

[ That box might hold something amazing inside that cannot be contained. ]

As I said, the magic probably will wear off - but it's nice to see ya met a nice gal here. Gives me an idea to do somethin' round 'ere with Leroy pretty soon.

He now eyes Robert suspiciously.
"What magic?"

[louisiane]

The magic in stayin' here of course. Perhaps it'd be nice to ya though. Long as ya don't go into the wrong room~

He clearly doesn't believe you on that.
"What have you gone and hexed up this time?"

Oh that accusation hurts, I haven't done anythin' of the sort here to anyone or anythin'!

Other than to Mary. But that's a given.

His frown of distrust easily shifts to a grin.
"Mary? Wha've ya done this time?"

[louisiane]

Oh just the usual - takin' her picture, turnin' it upside down and as always she - comes wanderin' on back. Startin' simple, she doesn't seem to have any idea yet. But the little lady was always slow on the uptake when it comes to these things.

He laughed, slapping Robert's back.
"You devil you."

[louisiane]

[ His smile only grows, he does that a lot. ]

But I realize ya can't be too subtle with her - so I'm plannin' somethin' else pretty soon.

"An' jus' wha' migh' tha' be?"

[louisiane]

Now why do ya expect me to tell ya my next biggest plan on how to have fun with 'er when I won't tell ya what's in the box?

He laughed.
"'cause ya know I ain't no tattle."
