for someone who often dwells on the past, i still find myself surrounded by stuff full of memories that it feels like another person accumulated.

i'm tired. one of those days, kids.

when i look back at this, i will say, "tom! you wrote that on thursday, the twenty-seventh of june two-thousand-and-two." and i will remember everything that i wanted to say, but didn't really know how.

after all, this is meant to be a personal thing, isn't it.

whatever.

i am wondering whether to go home tomorrow or saturday. if i go tomorrow, i will have to write notes to put under two people's doors. and i will end them with "see you out there". because that's something else i like to think about sometimes. how there's a whole world outside of that window and one moon and how when i'm saying to myself "tom!
