Masala Chai Recipe

I've finally perfected a masala chai.  It's taken ... oh, two years but well worth the wait.  The recipe is still palatable by the feeble tongue, aka. it's not as strong as my dark hot cocoa.

Bring 1 medium pot of water to highest boil.  Usually 6-8 cups.
Reduce heat to rolling boil to avoid burning the tea leaves.

After XtraSource, I recommitted to school for a few years until I was fortunate enough to experience a thought-changing event that led to a number of life-changes: one such change was that I found myself managing the Third Place as a legitimate job.

Over time, I developed their current masala chai recipe, and I additionally devised the one at Helios (down the street at Glenwood South) too, where I just completed a management stint as well.

If you're bored in Raleigh and craving chai, try something out. And darn it, let me know what you think.
