oh man that looks good, but I question the wisdom of putting tomatoes in stew. It's just not very... stew-y? but then again, I guess it's awesome in chili, which is kind of stew-like.

the tomatoes, onions, celery and garlic pretty much melt into the stew gravy. mmmm.
