Domestic Terror in Dallas

The group that committed the vile police shooting in Dallas was a group called "Black Knights Sniper Assassins" which seems to be a sub-group of "Black Power Political Organization." According to news sources, the BPPO showed up on social media about five months ago, posting pictures of what appear to be black Africans with sniper rifles shooting

I understand their rage but oppose their message. I have extended family that are in law enforcement and they don't deserve this kind of treatment. Violence for violence is a downward spiral into chaos. I think MLK and Gandhi had the right of it. Peaceful protest will bring about the change in time.

I agree completely, Traci. Turns out this fellow may have had some level of PTSD from Afghanistan and so was tuning out of reality. My concern is this group that he had some affiliation with at least may strike again.

Violence here is NOT the solution, and it's deplorable what these people did to kill those who choose to serve and protect. But there is also action required on the part of our society to address the root causes that generate a feeling that violence is the only solution.
