umm sorry but i dont get it [about "funny" anime pic] im guessing that they make fun of this character because of his height, so seeing him not being able to be tall enough to ride is funny? or something to that effect?

Yea, the character is pretty sensitive about his height in the show. ^^ And if it was the English version of Naruto you watched, then I guess I can understand why it was short-lived. ^^
