Thank you; I really appreciate that. I think she's a little freaked out because we were writing together yesterday, and at about 10 PM I was like "Uh, pain pain pain, g2g", then ended up in the hospital today. We totally would have finished what we were working on if not for the illness interruption :/

For starters, I'd check out this site. Most of it just common sense, but you know, a lot of it ends up stuff you wouldn't think of... My favorite recipe (technique, really) came from a Thai houseguest a few years back. It's less pasta-y and more soup-ish; very good on cold nights, and as comfort food. For it, you need

My apologies - I'm so used to open coms, I forgot to read through to look for any applications that needed filling out. Were I to reapply (the proper way), would that be okay?

Yes it would be.

Psycherific does not have open membership because it was specifically designed to be a library of stories, and not open to other parts of fandom: fanvids, plotbunny sharing, community pimping and other things that clog up fic communities. To balance this out, Psycherific is not limited to one kind of fic, but there is a mod cap on Non-Con/Rape fics. Those are the only type of fic that require a mod's approval before posting.

Hi there - tried to reply to your PM and couldn't. It says you've set it to private - maybe you need to play with the settings? Anyway, you have one more day - the ficathon 'ends' on Tuesday at midnight in my time zone, since that's the only one I can work with, eastern time. And since I won't be up at midnight probably, I won't be tallying late entries until Wednesday morning. :)
