That was the Inuyama Sakura Matsuri in Inuyama. ^_^

Ahhhh, envy! I adore matsuri, but my timing rarely works out to catch one.

Hm yeah I think the Matsuri season in summer starts around mid July, but maybe there is something while you are here ^^
