It's so pretty! I hear you. There are yarns that are soft and make nice projects, but I don't like to knit with them unless I'm totally in love with something from that brand for a project. Then there are ones that I just avoid like the plague but that other people love. Personal preferences can be so funny! By the sounds of it, I think I would probably follow your lead in floss.

Oh that's neat! I always mean to get some of that plastic stuff to stitch on, but whenever I'm shopping for stitching things I always seem to forget to look for it.
