Yesterday's dog was a little shih tzu/poodle mix with a barking problem, the result of deep-rooted insecurity. Her owner seems to be the take-charge type 9former teacher(, so I think they'll do well. It was great to go out on a call again, it's been ages. J says the company is about to expand---she's been filling out endless paperwork for a grant ( Read more... )

I hope it was a great day for you! Our weekend was busy, too: de-shrubbed a whole lot of back garden and took down some extra shade-walls, so now the place looks... big. Inside of the house it has not been that much different, although I am working through the piles of old newspapers and feeding them to the oven...

It was nice. The food was ample (I even got some to take home!) and the park is beautifully situated. Great view. I'll have to go back some time and get pictures.

It was good. Some singing, a few short talks by the ministers, and on to the food. Pretty good, too. I don't usually rhapsodize about [ptatp salad, but this was really good, nice and eggy. If they do it there again, I'll definitely go!
